Сегодня ситуация прояснилась, после того как я припрягла бедного чуловечка, игравшего в эту игрушку, описать сюжет игры и объяснить мне, баобабу, зачем Ризе нужно было прикрываться образом этой Маргот аля секретарша^^'

Riza isn't in Broken Angel much, although it's awesome when she's undercover as Margot. :3 If you play Crimson Elixir, she fights with you for half of the game.

Haha, okay, well..... *scratches head* Where should I start.....
In the game, there is a character named Professor Wilhem, who is a supposedly a famous alchemist who is an expert on catalytics. Ed and Al had visited him when they were younger, training with Izumi. So Ed and Al are on a train when terrorist attacked them, then Ed (accidentally) derails the train. So they walk to Heisgart, to maybe visit Wilhem, when the town (of Heisgart) is infested with Chimeras, and the town was deserted. There was suspicion that the professor had been making the Chimeras. Roy had Riza to go undercover, so she could get some information on Wilhem and his assistant, 'Greta.' (So Riza dressed up, went by the name 'Margot' and was Wilhem's secretary) 'Greta' is also posing, when she really is Camilla, an evil alchemist who wants to obtain 'The wing', a powerful Philosopher's Catalyst, almost like the Philosopher's stone. Ed and Al meet Armony, Wilhem's daughter, who Ed takes in as his apprentice, against Wilhem's will. Later they find out that Armony is a part of 'The Wing', and Camilla kidnaps Armony. In the end, you defeat Camilla, she dies, but Armony had already lost the Wing and was dying, so Wilhem and her commited suicide. o_o"

In the clip you watched, Roy wanted Riza's report, but she was undercover, so he had to find a way to talk to her, without looking like he knew her. So he runs into a puddle, to get her wet, as an excuse to apologize and offer a ride. (In to the car so she could report.) When she gets into the car, Roy is laughing because... he found pretending not to know her and getting her wet was funny..? Or maybe he was laughing at her outfit, I'm not sure... Then Riza tells him to stop laughing, and asks Alex if he found anything funny, he says, "No, I don't find anything funny." (With a weird look on his face, I can't tell what his expression is though....)
Ну и напоследок ещё пару видео. Это по всей игре.
А это просто последняя (или одна из последних) сцен...
